Ingredients: 1 c. butter; 2 c. sugar; 4 x Large eggs; 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp baking soda; 2 c. pecans; 8 ounce dates; 1 lb orange slice candy; 1 can coconut flakes Icing; 1 c. orange juice; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 lb powdered sugar

Ingredientes

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 x Large eggs
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
2 c. pecans
8 ounce dates
1 lb orange slice candy
1 can coconut flakes Icing
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb powdered sugar

Direcciones

Cream sugar and butter, add in Large eggs. Beat well, add in flour and lowfat milk. Roll nuts dates and candy in part of flour, add in to batter along with coconut.
bake 2 1/2 hrs at 275 degrees. Leaave in pan to cold.
Mix icing ingredients and coat cake.
