Receta Double Boiled Black Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 x black chicken, cut into 4 pcs
- 25 gm 'Yoke Chok'
- 30 gm 'Tong Sum'
- 20 gm 'Yong Sum Sou'
- 8 x red dates
- 2 c. superior stock
- 1 x 'tan choong' (porcelain casserole with a lid)
Direcciones
- Method:SKIN the chicken meat and cut into 4 pcs. Place all the ingredients into a 'tan choong'. Cover with the lid and double-boil for 2 hrs over medium low heat. Serve warm.
