Receta Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs (2 c.)
- 4 ounce. grated lowfat milk chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- In large mixer bowl cream butter, sugar and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine oats and flour; add in to creamed mix and stir well. Add in chocolate pcs, grated chocolate and nuts. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
