Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef, extra lean
- 1/2 lb grnd pork -- extra lean
- 1 whl egg
- 8 ounce no salt added tomato sauce
- 4 1/2 ounce mushrooms liquid removed and sliced
- 1 sm onion -- finely diced
- 1 clv garlic -- chopped
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs -- plain
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 slc bacon, raw, medium slice
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except bacon together. Spread mix in loaf pan 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 or possibly 9x5x2 inches. Layer bacon on top of loaf. Bake in a 350 F oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
