- 1 pound dry lima beans
- 1 ham bone
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can (1 pound 12 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1/4 c. parsley, minced
- 1 c. minced ham
Direcciones
- Cover beans with water and chill overnight; drain. Add in bone, broth, tomatoes, paprika, and 3 c. water; cook 30 min. Add in remaining ingredients and cook 1 hour.
