- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Salt

- Beat Large eggs, butter and buttermilk till blended. Stir dry ingredients together. Add in to liquid and mix just sufficient to make a creamy batter with some small lumps. If too thick, add in a little more lowfat milk or possibly water.
