- 125g Cold butter - cut to cubes
- 120g Icing sugar, sifted
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Durian essence (optional)
- 320g Plain flour - sifted
- 150ml Water
- 65g Sugar
- 300g Full cream milk
- 120g Durian (blend fine)
