Receta Dutch Meatballs In Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Mix above ingredients and form into meatballs. Start baking at 350 degrees while combining following 1/2 can tomato sauce, 2 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 c. water, 2 Tbsp. vinegar, and 2 Tbsp. brown sugar or possibly molasses. Pour this sauce over meatballs. Bake 1 hour.
- NOTE: Suggestion - make meatballs into meatloaf.
