Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 pkt 16 ounce-warm roll mix
- 3/4 c. Hot water, 110-115 degrees
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
- Â Â Topping
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Dry chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
- Â Â Filling
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
- 8 ounce Fully cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 8 ounce Cooked turkey, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine oats, boiling water and butter; let stand for 5 min. Meanwhile, dissolve yeast from warm roll fold in hot water. Add in to the oat mix with Large eggs and onion. Add in flour mix from warm roll mix; stir well, don't knead. Spread dough inot a 10 inch circle on a well greased pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap coated with a non stick cooking spray; let rise in a hot place till doubled about 45 min. Beat egg and garlic salt; brush gently over dough. Sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till golden. Remove from pan; cold on a wire rack. Split lengthwise. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish; spread over cut sides of loaf. Layer with remaining filling ingredients. Cut into wedges.
