Receta East Indian Special (Tope)

Ingredientes
- 1 kg Mutton, (wash & cut in pcs)
- 1/2 kg Onions
- 2 x Sour limes Curry leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Bottle masala
- 1 x Inch ginger
- 2 x Inch cinnamon
- 6 x Cardamoms
- 6 x Cloves
- 1 x Pod garlic
- 4 x Green chillies
- 1/4 kg Poha, (beaten rice)
Direcciones
- Fry onions golden. Add in grnd masala & fry well. Add in mutton & curry leaves & salt to taste. Add in 1 tbsp bottle masala & pressure cook until mutton is tender.
- Remove mutton from gravy & add in 1 tbsp bottle masala boil 3 cubed potatoes until tender. Add in the mutton back to the gravy add in sour lime juice & a handful of minced corriander.
- Add in poha & serve gamished with minced corriander. This can be served as a substitute for rice. If you like this gravy can be served with boiled rice or possibly pulav.
