Receta Easter Bread (Paska)

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 2 c. Lukewarm lowfat milk
- 9 c. Flour
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Crumble yeast into bowl; add in 1 c. lowfat milk and 1 c. flour. Mix and set aside to rise in hot place. Cream butter; add in sugar and Large eggs and mix well. Add in remaining lowfat milk. Knead till dough is smooth and elastic. Set aside in hot place till double in bulk. Form into desired shapes. Allow dough to rise in double buld in pans; bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 min. Halfway through baking, brush top with beaten egg yolk to that a little lowfat milk has been added.
- Tip: If you heat 1 stick butter and knead into dough it will keep paska soft.
