Receta Eastern Shore Oyster-Corn Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 pt. oysters, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. liquid
- 1 egg, just add in
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounce can whole kernel corn
Direcciones
- In large bowl beat egg. Add in biscuit mix, seasonings, corn (liquid removed well), oysters and 3/4 cup liquid from oysters. Stir well.Heat 1-2 inches of oil in large fry pan and drop batter into oil by tbsp. Cook till brown on one side; turn; brown other side. Yields 20 servings.
