Receta Easy Apple Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 c. Cubed unpeeled Red Delicious apple
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/3 c. Minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. Vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
Direcciones
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl; stir well. Add in to apple mix; toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate1 hour.
- Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 3/4 c.).
- NOTES : If you do not like mayonnaise in Waldorf salad, try this version from Karen Moalli, of Guilford, Connecticut. She uses yogurt and honey so it appeals to her kids.
