Receta Easy Brunch Strata

Ingredientes
- 16 slc White bread, crusts removed
- 3 c. Egg substitute
- 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 lb Turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. 50% reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Vegetables, optional, such as broccoli florets, sliced green onions and minced red pepper Paprika, optional
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange bread overlapping in bottom of baking dish. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard and pepper. Pour half of egg mix over bread; sprinkle with sausage, cheese and vegetables, if you like. Add in remaining egg mix. Sprinkle with paprika, if you like. Bake 25 to 45 min or possibly till set and golden. Let stand 5 min before serving.
- Makes 12 servings.
- Note: Strata may be covered and refrigerated overnight before baking.
