Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 med -sized onion, minced
- 3/4 c. Picante sauce
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin Salt to taste Six 8-inch flour tortillas, warmed
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown the grnd beef and onion over medium heat till no pink remains in the beef. Drain off the excess liquid and stir in the picante sauce, cumin,, and salt. Place the meat mix in a strip across the center of each tortilla. Bring up the bottoms of the tortillas over the mix. Mix in the sides; flip the filled portion over to cover the top section of each tortilla. Serve immediately.
- NOTE: Top with additional picante sauce, some minced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avacado slices, or possibly any of your other favorite toppings. And you can even use grnd veal or possibly turkey instead of beef, if you'd prefer.
