Receta Easy Cheddar Swiss Fondue

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (500mL)
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded(500m)
- 1/4 c. All purpose flour (50mL)
- 1 1/4 c. Dry white wine or possibly beer (300mL)
- 3/4 tsp Salt (3mL)
- 1 pch Garlic pwdr Crusty French bread cubes
Direcciones
- Combine cheddar and Swiss cheeses in a bowl. Sprinkle with flour; toss lightly to coat.
- Heat wine, or possibly beer, in a medium saucepan till simmering but not boiling; reduce heat to maintain temperature. Gradually add in the cheese mix, by small handfuls, stirring constantly after each addition till cheese melts
- (mix will appear curdled at first but smooths our as more of the cheese mix is added).
- Stir in salt and garlic pwdr. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep hot.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
- Makes about 2 3/4c(675mL)
