Receta Easy Cheese Strata

Ingredientes
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 6 slices bread
- 8 ounce. cheese - American, Swiss, Cheddar - sliced or possibly grated
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Direcciones
- Brown sausage and drain fat. Add in mustard and mix.
- Arrange bread in bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. You might have to cut some in half. Layer sausage on top of bread, then cheese on top of sausage.
- In a separate bowl beat Large eggs. Stir in lowfat milk, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over layers. Cover. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Bake uncovered, 325 degrees 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till knife comes clean. Let stand 5 min before serving.
