Receta (Easy) Cheeseball

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 pkt dry ranch dip mix
- 1 x 8 ounce. block of cream cheese Minced pecans (optional)
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients (except walnuts) into a bowl and mix well. With your hand, form into a ball and roll in minced walnuts to coat completely. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with your favorite crackers. It's an easy make ahead recipe.

- Betty writes:I substituted finely minced walnuts for the pecans. The cheese ball was a little to rich with them.
- I made two cheese balls last Christmas. One with walnuts, and one without for those who are allergic to nuts. They were both gone in a flash!!
