Receta Easy Cheesy Snack Bread

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour, divided
- 2 pkt FLEISCHMANN's 8 g Quick-Rise Instant Yeast (2 Tbls)
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning, Dry, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Very hot Water(125F-130F)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 can Green Chilies, 114Ml each, Diced, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Pimentos, liquid removed, sliced

- In a large bowl, combine 2 c. of the flour, undissolved yeast, Italian seasoning, salt and garlic. Stir hot water into dry ingredients. Beat 2 min at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add in Large eggs and 1/2 c. more flour; beat 2 min at high speed scraping bowl immediately. With spoon fold in 1 c. of cheese and sufficient flour to make a soft dough. Cover; let rest for 10 min. With back of a large metal spoon or possibly lightly oiled hands, spread dough in greased 15x10x3/4-inch(2L)
- jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with chilies and pimentos. Cover; let rise in a hot, draft-free place till light and puffy, about 20 min. Bake in 400F(200C) oven 20 to 25 min or possibly till done. Serve hot, cut into squares.
- Makes about 24 squares.
