Ingredientes
- 5 c. fresh or possibly frzn cherries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar, divided
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. butter, soft
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Direcciones
- Spread berries in a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Set aside. Mix flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, lowfat milk, butter, baking pwdr and 1/2 tsp. salt. Spread mix over berries. Mix boiling water cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 1/2 c. sugar. Pour over cobbler. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
