Receta Easy Dinner Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/4 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
Direcciones
- 1. Dissolve yeast in water.2. Stir in sugar, salt and whole wheat flour
- 3. Beat with spoon or possibly mixer till smooth.
- 4. Add in egg and oil, blending well.
- 5. Add in flours and stir till smooth.
- 6. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let dough rise in a warm place about 30 min or possibly till double in size.
- 7. Grease 12 large muffin cups.
- 8. Stir down the raised dough and spoon it into the muffin cups, filling each half full.
- 9. Cover with wax paper and allow dough to rise to top of cups (25 min). Bake 15-20 min at 400 degrees. Remove from pan when finished baking.
