Receta Easy Egg Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 x hard-cooked Large eggs peeled, minced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp McCormick Grnd Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Onion Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Season-All Seasoned Salt McCormick Paprika (optional)
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and chill.
- Serve egg salad on a bed of lettuce or possibly spoon into pita pockets. Garnish with Paprika, if you like.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Variation: Substitute 1/2 tsp. McCormick Curry Pwdr for McCormick Season-All and add in 1 c. green seedless grapes, halved.
