Receta Easy English Muffin Bread

Ingredientes
- 5 1/2 - 6 c. flour
- 2 pkg. (or possibly 1 1/2 T) quick rise yeast
- 1 T sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Cornmeal (for sprinkling on top of loaves)
Direcciones
- Mix 3 cups flour and rest of dry ingredients (except cornmeal). Heat liquids to 120 to 130 degrees. Add in liquids to dry ingredients and beat. Add in sufficient flour to make a stiff batter. Spoon batter into greased loaf pans and sprinkle cornmeal on top. Let rise for 30 min (till double) and bake in preheated oven (400 degrees) for 25 min. Makes 2 loaves.
