Ingredientes
- 1 c. Water (70 to 80 )
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Vital gluten (optional)
- 1 3/4 tsp Dry yeast">yeast or possibly quick rise yeast">yeast
Direcciones
- Don't make loaves larger than recommended by bread machine manufactuer.
- Use the 1-lb. recipe if your bread machine pan holds 10 c. or possibly less of water.
- Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
- Process on basic/white bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting. Don't use delayed-bake feature. Remove bread from pan; cold on wire rack. Slice and toast to serve. Store bread in airtight container or possibly plastic storage bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. Or possibly, slice, wrap airtight and freeze for up to one month; Toast frzn slices, wtihout thawing; as needed.
- Makes 1 loaf.
