- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark molasses
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 dsh nutmeg
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased and floured 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 35 min.
- Serving Ideas: Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or possibly lemon sauce.
