Receta Easy Homemade Fudge

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T Hershey's cocoa
- 2 T white syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. pecans

- (Butter glass pie plate before you begin.)In large frying pan, mix cocoa and sugar with large spoon and smooth cocoa with the sugar till evenly blended. Now add in lowfat milk and white syrup to sugar and cocoa mix and cook on low to medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook till soft ball forms in ice water. Remove from heat and add in vanilla, butter, and pecans. Beat till mix begins to thicken and texture looks glassy. Pour immediately in buttered dish. Do not beat too long or possibly fudge will be grainy.
