- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Preheat waffle iron. In large bowl with slotted spoon mix first 4 ingredients; add in remaining ingredients and beat till well blended. Yield 4 c. (5 waffles).
- Tip: Slightly more oil increases the crispiness of the waffles. If you like, lay one or possibly half a bacon strip (raw) on top of batter before closing waffle iron.
