Receta Easy Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 lg. jar Prego sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 ounce. sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, approximately 2 lbs.
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- Brown meat and onions. Drain and add in sauce; simmer. Cook noodles, drain and cold. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. In a baking dish or possibly lasagna pan, spread sauce on the bottom. Add in one layer of noodles. Spread cheese-mix on the noodles. Spread sauce as next layer; then top with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers till all ingredients have been used. Use plenty of sauce and Mozzarella in each layer. Bake 35-40 min at 350 degrees. Cover dish for first 20 min; then remove cover for the time remaining.
