Receta Easy Local Ribs

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Meaty country-style pork spareribs, cut into pcs
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper Pineapple chunks, for garnish Minced green onions, for garnish
- 1 c. Syrup-packed pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. Ketchup
- 1/3 c. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Rub spareribs all over with 3 Tbsp. of the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Place ribs, meat side up, in a foil-lined baking or possibly roasting pan and cover with foil or possibly baking-pan lid. Bake 20 to 25 min at 450 degrees. Drain off fat.
- Combine sauce ingredients; pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender, basting occasionally.
- Garnish with pineapple chunks and green onions.
