Ingredientes
- 2-4 servings pork chops, spare ribs or possibly chicken
- butter or possibly oil, as needed
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 1-1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery, optional
- 2-4 servings cooked rice
Direcciones
- In Dutch oven or possibly large skillet, brown meat in butter or possibly oil over medium heat. Drain off fat. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients, except rice, in a separate container. Pour sauce over meat and bring to a slow boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer about 45 min, or possibly till meat is fork tender. Serve over cooked rice.
