Ingredientes

1 sm potato
1 lb confectioner's sugar (start with 1 lb., you may need more)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract peanut butter

Direcciones

Boil the potato. Drain well and mash thoroughly. Fold in a small amount of vanilla. Add in small amounts of confectioner's sugar till the mix forms a rollable dough. Roll out on wax paper covered in confectioner's sugar.
Spread peanut butter over the top of the dough.
