Receta Easy Potato Kugal
Ingredientes
- 5 lbs. potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. vegetable or canola oil
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper (optional)
Direcciones
- Peel and cut potatoes.
- Grate half of the potatoes in the food processor and chop the other half.
- Chop onion in food processor.
- Mix potatoes, onions, salt and eggs.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for at least 1 hour, or until light brown and crisp.
