Receta Easy Roast, Vegetables And Gravy

Ingredientes
- 5-6 pound chuck roast
- 2 Packages brown onion or possibly mushroom gravy mix (or possibly sprinkle with salt, pepper and 4 tbsp. flour)
- 6 potatoes, cut in quarters
- 8 carrots, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
Direcciones
- Sprinkle meat with gravy mix. Wrap in heavy aluminum foil leaving sufficient space for vegetables. Place in baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hrs.
- Open foil. Arrange vegetables around meat and rewrap foil. Bake 35 min longer. Remove vegetables to platter. Your gravy is made and your meat and vegetables are cooked to perfection. (If you start with frzn roast add in 30 min to cooking time.)
