Delicious, creamy recipe for potato lovers.
Ingredientes
- 4 medium to large Russet potatoes, or 2 lbs.
- 8 oz. favorite shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- cream or half and half to cover potatoes
- optional: minced green onions
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375.
- Peel and rinse potatoes.
- Slice them very thin.
- Layer potatoes with cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cover with cream.
- Cove and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and brown for 10 minutes.
