Ingredientes
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar, up to 4
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Edam cheese, about 6 ounce
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
Direcciones
- Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt together. Mix in the cheese, coating the cheese with the flour mix. Add in the unbeaten egg, lowfat milk and melted fat; stir quickly and lightly till mixed but don't beat. Spoon into well greased muffin pans, filling each c. 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 30 min according to size of muffin c..
