Ingredientes
- 2 c. macaroni, uncooked or possibly 3 c. cooked (8 ounce.)
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 3 ounce. cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni and drain well. Cover and chill. Meanwhile, combine Large eggs, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and salt. Stir in macaroni; cover and chill.
