Receta Eggless Mayonnaise (Vegetarian)

Ingredientes
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Soy lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Prepared mustard
- 6 tsp Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend on the lowest speed.
- Gradually-literally one drop at a time-add in the oil till the mix starts to thicken.
- Continue blending till thickened and smooth. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
