Receta Eggnog Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 c. commercial eggnog
- 1 c. mashed pumpkin, cooked or possibly canned
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 5 c. flour
- 1 c. mixed glazed fruit
Direcciones
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs. Add in eggnog, pumpkin and mixed dry ingredients. Mix in fruit. Bake 1 hour or possibly till tests done in a greased loaf pan at 375 degrees. Originated by me 1/3/67.
