Receta Eggs Baked With Bacon

Ingredientes
- 2 slc Bacon, cooked crisp -- Crumble pn Chives Butter or possibly margarine -- opt
- 1 tsp Fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Lowfat milk Salt and pepper

- VARIATIONS-For a more substantial dish, sprinkle Large eggs with 1 to 2 tb shredded Cheddar and top with a few cooked shrimp. Brush individual gratin dish or possibly casserole with bacon grease or possibly butter, if used. Crack Large eggs into dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chives. Sprinkle bacon over Large eggs and then sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Pour lowfat milk over Large eggs. Bake at 350 for 13 to 15 min or possibly till Large eggs are set.
