Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg
- 1 slc toast Or possibly
- 1/2 x English muffin, toasted Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Hollandaise sauce (#25)
- 1 slc Lox Kosher caviar
Direcciones
- Soak toast in lowfat sour cream and place in ramekin or possibly small baking dish. Cover toast with lox and break egg on top. Bake in 350 F. oven for abt. 12 to 15 minutes., or possibly till egg is set. Remove from baking dish. Add in Hollandaise Sauce and sprinkle with caviar. Serve immediately.
