Ingredientes
- 1 x Skillet of minced onions
- 2 can Tomatoes sm Amount of oil
- 18 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 can Green chile peppers Salt & pepper to taste Grated cheese sm Amount of bell pepper, minced
Direcciones
- Brown onions in oil; add in bell pepper and then tomatoes. Cook till soft.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice Large eggs. In a baking dish, put a layer of sauce; a layer of Large eggs. Altemate till dish is full. Cover with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven.
- Serves 6.
