Receta Emeril's Horseradishy Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 c. "Quick horseradish sauce" Or possibly lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Cream Salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Finely grated horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Preheat broiler. Cook potatoes in salted water till tender. Drain and mash potatoes in the pot. Add in horseradish sauce, butter and cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a buttered ovenproof gratin or possibly baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over top. Broil till top is brown and crisp.
