Receta Eye Of Round Roast

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Eye of round roast, (2 to 3 lb)
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 can Beef broth
- 12 ounce Dark beer
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge roast in flour mix. Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown roast in warm oil, searing all sides. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer till tender, about 1 1/2 hrs.
