Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put together all ingredients except pie shell in a mixing bowl. Mix well blended. Pour into pie shells. Bake 45 to 50 min.
