Receta Famous Pecan Pie Dear Abby

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Corn syrup
- 1 c. Dark brown sugar - hard Packed
- 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. Butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Pecan halves (heaping) MEAS
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, Large eggs, butter, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour filling into unbaked 9" pie crust.
- Sprinkle with pecan halves.
- Bake at 350 degress for 45 to 50 min or possibly till center is set. (Toothpick inserted in center will come out clean when pie is done) Cold.
- If crust or possibly pie appears to be getting too brown, cover with foil for the remaining time.
- Can serve with a dollop of whipped cream or possibly a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
