Receta Fannie May Fudge

Ingredientes
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 25 lg. marshmallows, cut up
- 1 c. REAL butter
- 13 ounce lowfat milk chocolate, cut up
- 12 ounce pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, cut up
Direcciones
- Mix together lowfat milk, sugar, vanilla and butter. Boil this mix for 2 min, turn off heat. Add in cut up marshmallows and stir till melted. Add in chocolate "one at a time" and stir rapidly till melted.Add in nuts at this time if you like. Put in large buttered cookie sheet pan. Crease with butter knife. (Use 12 x 16 x 1 inch sheet pan or possibly 2-9 x 13 inch pans.)
- Wait till fudge is completely set before cutting.
