Receta Farfalle With Tuna

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 x Onion finely minced
- 1 x Garlic clove finely minced
- 1/2 c. White wine
- 1 can Peeled tomatoes - (14 ounce) minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 can Tuna in oil - (6 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced basil
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 ounce Farfalle no. 66 "La Molisana"
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a sauce pan, add in the finely minced onion and garlic, and simmer till golden brown in color. Pour in the wine and allow it to evaporate. Add in the minced tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook for about 15 min. Break up the tuna with a fork and add in it to the sauce. Cook for another 5 min and stir in the basil and parsley.
- Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain well and pour into the saucepan containing the tuna sauce. Mix well and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
