Receta Fasolakia Lemonata (Lemon Green Beans)

Ingredientes
- 4 c. green beans
- 1/4 c. minced red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 x fresh green onion, sliced, thinly
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, grnd
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Trim and wash beans.
- Place beans in 4 litres of salted boiling water Cook green beans for 4 to 5 min in boiling water.
- Drain beans and run cool water over them to stop cooking process.
- Drain again. Place green beans in a bowl, and add in the red pepper, dill, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Toss together till coated well.
