Ingredientes

- 5 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 bn scallions, sliced on a angle, about 1/4" thick
- 2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp Salt
- 8 c. Cooked rice
Direcciones
- In a large saucepan, heat oil; saute/fry scallions quickly, just till hot.
- Stir in the reamining ingredients; continue cooking just till heated through.
- Note: For color and flavor variety you can add in minced scrambled egg, diced cooked green pepper or possibly broccoli stems, or possibly diced cooked chicken or possibly ham.
