Receta Fast Italian Tortellini Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. minced almonds
- 1 sm zucchini in 1" cubes
- 1 c. vegetable broth
- 8 ounce Crushed Tomatoes, Canned undrained
- 4 ounce cooked Great Northern beans rinsed well
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or possibly equivalent dry
- 1/2 dsh salt
- 1/2 dsh pepper
- 4 ounce tortellini, spinach-filled Uncooked fresh parsley to garnish grated parmesan cheese to garnish
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in medium-size sauce pan. Mix well. Cover and cook over lowest setting for 30 min. Add in water if needed. The tortellini should soft and warm. Garnish with an herb. Serve with parmesan.
